Koi Pond does not collect, store, share or sell any personal information.

What the app stores

Koi Pond saves a few game settings on your device only: which fish are in the pond, the pond color, whether sounds are on, and how many pellets have been eaten. These settings never leave the device and are deleted when the app is deleted.

What the app does not do

No accounts, sign-ups or logins.
No advertising and no ad tracking.
No analytics, crash reporting or other third-party services.
No internet connection is needed or used.
No access to the camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location.

Children

Koi Pond is made for young children and their families. Because the app collects no information from anyone, it collects no information from children. This meets the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws.

Changes

If a future version adds anything that changes this policy, such as an optional purchase, this page will be updated before that version is released.
